Role during the last 3 months

Art Director/Camerawoman

•Created a list of contact details that can easily reach the actors to find out when they are free to film, if not reschedule or film another shot instead
•Created a list of props and costume (Coat from Zara) that need to be bought with group budget, ready for Nick’s filming on Friday
•Replaced Amber’s role of camerawoman a few times, due to her sick absence.
•Shot the first scene of the teaser, taking into account the weather forecast and Lucy’s timetable to appear in the shot.
•Shot scenes in London Eye and Westminster Abbey
•Wrote up the script and planned locations
•Took photos of three girls and Nick for poster
•Researched music to put on the background of the teaser

Improvements

•Next time, I need to ensure that the coat from Zara properly fits Nick, if not keep the receipt to return immediately
•Although weather was taken into account, the first shot of Lucy could be re-shot at different angles to experiment, now that both I and Amber have more experience and knowledge of the camera settings. We will take this into consideration.

Plan for next week

Art Director

•Contact the actors and actresses to double check their timetables to re-shoot last minute shots, taking the weather and London Transport delays into consideration
•Finish all filming on Monday
•Record Nick’s voiceover for narration with either sound recorder or camera
•Return Nick’s coat from Zara
