Nick Poster Final Draft 1

After changing Nick's picture, the poster looked more interesting, along with the Gradient tool I used on Photoshop to blend Nick's picture with the white background, along with the three pictures of the girls that I chose to differentiate because the smaller pictures in the second draft again looked dull and out of place. With the help of the Gradient and Blur tool, the final draft of the poster looked more compact and understandable, with a clearer eye flow and composition.

Although Lucy's picture had a higher contrast to the other pictures because her picture was taken in sunlight, I toned down the saturation and contrast of her photo to a level where it looked suitable in front of a white background.

Some good editing.

I would give the "Nick" title a white drop shadow as the letters are hidden towards the end.

In the billing box, after Flo's name (Before editor), you should have the film name "NICK" in quotation marks. That's a convention.

The billing box also appears erased or ahs a layer in front of it. Maybe try typing this again. and then on the layer underneath (where the photo's lie (add the white vignette which I taught you on Friday). This white vignette should be solid white toward the bottom of the page, thus making the billing box stand out.

The red stars don't quite look right. Go into Microsoft word and choose insert symbol, find a star, turn it red and insert that 5 times instead. Paste this into a text layer in photoshop. It will be much more solid and realistic.
